Vehicle

Registration is an act whereby the Estonian Transport Administration enters the details of a power-driven vehicle (including motorcycles, tractors, and mobile machinery) or its trailer, or a off-road vehicle, that is put into service in Estonia and complies with the requirements, and details of the persons related to it, into the traffic register. The registration of a vehicle is authenticated with a registration certificate or on the basis of the data of the traffic register. In addition to vehicles, recreational crafts, vessels with a total length of under 12-metres and jets (hereinafter “watercraft”) are subject to being entered into the traffic register.
