Traffic education

Navigating traffic is nothing new or special - it is an important part of everyday life. Many things in traffic are self-explanatory but that isn’t always enough to ensure safety.
 

Traffic safety involves traffic education, development of road users’ attitudes and behaviour and the creation of a safe traffic environment.

The training of teachers and traffic instructors conducted by the Estonian Transport Administration is based on the Adult Education Act, Continuing Education Standard, the quality insurance guidelines for the education of adults by adult education institutions, guidelines for training curricula and the instructor’s manual.
