Air transport in Estonia

As of July 1, 2023 the Ministry of Regional Affairs and Agriculture co-ordinates the development of county and nationwide public transport. Additional information info@agri.ee. The Ministry organizes regional passenger transport by air to the islands of Saaremaa, Hiiumaa and Ruhnu as well as carrying out procurements of regional air lines, co-ordinating timetables and setting ticket prices.

More than 90% of passengers are transported between mainland and Hiiumaa and Saaremaa islands.
